My creatchi is gonna be old soon isn't he? I was thinking about adopting either another 1st gen or a Grendelchi. I can't decide. |

Yes, your creatchi should reach the senile life stage soon. After that you can choose to adopt an egg or hatch another 1st gen. It's totally up to you.

And before you know it you've got quite the little lineup of Creatchis you've raised
So, apologies if this is a question that should already be known the answer to, but, are there any complete up-to-date family trees out there? (other than a Nornchi one I saw a few days ago)

Hello! I'm currently creatchi-less and have decided to adopt a generation 1 creatchi. Does anyone have a creatchi in need of a mate?

Seeing as my first creatchi will soon be 19 days old, which means he won't be around for that much longer anymore, I suppose I'll adopt one of the available eggs once he passed away.
Is there any way of telling what kind of a color a creatchi might end up with? I've taken a look at quite a lot of living creatchis and their siblings, and often enough, the colors are just completely different from their parents or even their siblings colorations. I would've thought it depended on the parents and/or mutations, but it seems to be so random most of the time... |

I see you've already gone ahead. Sadly, I can't answer the question about telling what color a creatchi's going to be because I don't seem to know either. ![[nlaugh] [nlaugh]](/images/smilies/emot_laugh.gif)
Was anyone interested in my offer? I'm still interested in adopting a gen 1 creatchi of any sex or species.

There is a female grendelchi who's still single and young enough to have at least one offspring. Granted, I'm not her owner.

I've been wondering ever since my new creatchi hatched...
What are the carrot and the rubber ducky for, and why didn't I have any with my previous first generation grendelchi? I suppose they're for hunger and boredom respectively, but where did they come from? |

The carrot and rubber ducky are clones of the cheese and teddies, respectively (that is, they completely fill the hunger/fun bars).
It still hasn't been decided how to get more of them, so for now one of each is part of the starting inventory (for gen 2+ creatchis anyway), and have been since they were introduced last Christmas.

Cheese and teddies fill the bars entirely? Oh, uhm... Good to know, I'll keep it in mind. That certainly would've helped once she hatched.
Anyway, thanks for the input! |

If a creatchi's spouse dies, can she find a new one, or not?

Creatchis are limited to one spouse per lifetime, unfortunately.

Oh well. I didn't think it was possible. Maybe it might be an eventual improvement?
Another improvement I think would be good is that maybe when you have successfully raised to senility a certain number of Creatchis, then you could have two Creatchis at once?

Strange question: Is Creatchi incest possible? Not that I want my Creatchis to have incestuous relationships, I'm just curious. |

Not parent/child (because the parents already have spouses) but I think brother/sister would be possible. I don't think they have genetics as such, so (like norns) there would be nothing really against it from a biological viewpoint. |

Howdy! I'm starting to feel like my good old, chipper self again and I'm looking to adopt this egg. I'd like to know if anyone would like to adopt a male to pair with her before I do, though. Any takers?

Sentinel's egg is still there after all this time? I'd be happy for you to adopt it! There's two baby male Grendelchis that don't look have mates, this one and this one. In case they do have mates though, and you don't mind Aquachis, my Azores is currently single.

My preference for that grendelchi is for her to breed with a Gen 1 since the intent was to start a new bloodline and her brother got assimilated into the current "main" grendelchi line.
That being said, both the Gen 1 males currently available are in rather tenuous positions right now, and Azores at least isn't a part of the "main" bloodline.
Just wanted to point that out.

Ooof. I might need to look elsewhere if there are plans in place already. I'll think it over.

I had the same thing happen, Malkin. Didn't think it was a big deal because I totally spaced out on how much Coinchi I had, but it definitely reset itself.

From what I can remember from talking with Rascii, he intends to make coinchi balances remain in tact after our Creatchis pass way; he just hasn't implemented it yet. |

Grendel_Man wrote: The carrot and rubber ducky are clones of the cheese and teddies, respectively (that is, they completely fill the hunger/fun bars). There's actually a slight difference. Teddies and Cheese fill the bars entirely, but carrots and rubber duckies only increase the bars by +2.
Laura wrote: From what I can remember from talking with Rascii, he intends to make coinchi balances remain in tact after our Creatchis pass way; he just hasn't implemented it yet. I just implemented the feature that coinchi no longer resets upon hatching a new creatchi (unless your balance is less than 20, then it will be reset to 20). Sorry for the delay.

No problem about the delay: I was just agreeing with Malkin to illustrate it happened to me, too, so it likely wasn't an implemented feature yet. Thanks!

I see two, but they're both sick and the owners aren't around. You could ask mike69 or Mcovey89 if either comes back... |

I am: planning on adopting a gen 1 creatchi
Seeking: Arranged creatchi marriage with any type or gender or generation of creatchi
Bio: I enjoy the pet aspect of creatchi but I do not seriously engage in creatchi Roleplaying. I prefer to leave a single RP message to mark significant events like friendship, marriage and childbirth. I am not even remotely opposed to my creatchi being wed to a hard-core RPing creatchi.
Notes: Please send link to creatchi or plans to adopt your own gen 1 creatchi to my inbox. Currently unhatched creatchi only, please. I can't tell what I'm adopting til I get home to my computer anyway. (I can't see hover-overs on my iPad.)

Well, it's been a long time since my last creatchi died (Seven of Nine, I wonder if she has any relatives) so I decided to give it another try and just adopted a 1st generation grendelchi!

Ciel is going to die soon. Is there any sort of creatchi I should adopt next? Does the population need a female ettinchi or anything?

If you don't mind going grendelchi again, Hoggle could use a mate.
Besides that, there was a shortage of male ettinchis last I heard.

I don't mind at all. It would be quite funny, if my new grendelchi mated with my old one's daughter!
