Gosh - I posted in this thread about a year ago that I'd be trying to get more involved but only now am I actually doing that, heh. Life has been really busy the past few months and a lot of things have happened, but I recently, finally got my hands on a copy of Creatures 3 after probably 4 or 5 years! It's been so great to rediscover the ship which I spent so much time with as a little kid, and browsing thru all the amazing new releases like the garden box project and the norn terrarium fixes etc. has been so incredibly fun. I really hope my excitement over the series lasts this time, and I've been really inspired to try learning agent-making over again to contribute as i can. If you ever wanna chat I'm over @minasecorp on twitter, and I'm planning to livetweet a couple of creatures sessions in the future. Anyway, just checking in! in the spring you gotta let the flowers fully blossom |

I'm going to be heading out on a three-week-long road trip to nearly the other side of the country within the next couple of days, and during that time I'm not likely to have consistent access to internet. Hello everyone! So... right after joining this forum and introducing myself I immediately went on a long, unplanned absence due to personal stuff and then a holiday, but now I'm back! (For the time being anyway!) Sorry about that, I'll understand if people don't remember me joining, since I did disappear almost straight away (Just a heads up, I am the kind of person who frequently goes on unannounced absences anyway, because I am bad at organization! So if I do become a regular poster as I hope to and then I disappear from time to time, it's nothing to worry about.) |

I really don't announce it or anything but I come and go quite often here. Sometimes there is something I am working on here. Sometimes there are topics of great interest to me here. Otherwise I am here anonymously about once a month. I also write, and I have written some creatures stories in the past when I was in school. I got inspired by the stories that Liz Morris ( hope I got that name right ) had on her website The Place of the Evil Shee. I used to goto it a lot when it was up. That was the days of dial up. Just a small quick update by phone: I've been horrendously, and painfully sick for a while. My chemotherapy didn't work and news just keeps getting "better". It's not cancer, but similar to leukemia. Its a blood disease whatever it is and its been an almost 2 year battle to cure it. Don't worry I'll live, I'm just struggling right now and am in too much pain to really do anything. Even minor, like sitting up. I wish i had a definitive date, but I'll come around when I'm able. |

Another quick update because we have a more secure date-ish thing. And I'm only posting because I know I left some people hanging both here and outside the site, it has been completely out of my control. Been in and out of the hospital multiple times in different states and most of the time it was by ambulance (not fun). I'm going through surgery on August the 2nd. They say it takes 3-4 weeks recovery at minimum. I'll be staying with my grandparents in america for that recovery time, I'm already there recovering from other hospital visits. *rolls-eyes* After this surgery it should all be over,( let's hope), I should come around about after the 31st of August if all goes well and I'm back in my own home. |
