 The Creatures community is a wonderful place, filled with helpful members and resources galore! I found that many new players stumbled across some common questions that weren't put together in a single source, leading to multiple topics about the same issues. Earlier this week, a new section opened up at Discover Albia: Creatures Game Help and Solutions!I hope that this list of questions and answers will provide a useful resource for new players. Current players might even find a tip or two! Admittedly, the list is very short at the moment. However, should anyone have a question that they feel would be helpful to have on the list, post a comment on the page! Creatures Caves is still the best source of help, yet I hope that this FAQ can aid players with some of the more common problems. Enjoy! |

I wonder, should this topic be moved to the Help forum and stickied? Thank you for all your hard work and what I'm sure will be an invaluable guide, Jessica.  I'm certain that everyone will find it helpful, whether they're new players or returning fans who need to brush up on the latest Creatures knowledge. Hopefully the FAQ will continue to expand with everybody's input too! |

Just a note that several new questions and answers were added today! The site also has a brand new contact form that will make submitting questions much easier. You can even send them in anonymously if you so choose! I'm going to try to keep on top of common issues and update it as much as possible, but everyone is welcome to use the new contact form. I can't guarantee that every question will be addressed, though I would love to do my best to cover as much as possible. Hopefully this feature continues to be helpful for all different sorts of players! |

Hello! So this is my first post and I realise this is an old thread but honestly I have no idea where I should be posting stuff. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to deactivate/lock the ettin access doors? I have the door hiders, but that doesn't quite work on the ettin access doors. I thought there might just be something like a fence to block off certain areas, but I haven't found anything like that yet. |

You should probably start a new thread in the main Help forum. You could always open the CAOS terminal with control-shift-c, hold your mouse pointer over the door and type "kill hots". That's sort of permanent though, as it deletes the door. What is the answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything? 42! |

Given that the section hasn't been live for multiple long years (It even got replaced with the Q&A forum of DiscoverAlbia forums in 2017 onward) and that DiscoverAlbia has been "archived" (and now unreadable) for a pretty long time now, shouldn't this thread no longer be stickied? For people looking for a quick archive of the section, here you go. |
