The Shee Clock is an old clock from Albia. It doesn't keep time, but it is a nice toy. Just push it and watch your creatures be hypnotized! It's a bit fragile, and a swift hit could break the clock. It's just as easy to fix though. Just push or pull on it the right way and it fixes itself.
