| Despite the fact that her parents were both green, Tiana had brown scales. The fact that she didn't resemble her parents never bothered her, however.
Despite her father's wishes, she was rather placid for a grendelchi - in fact, in many ways she was almost like a treehugger norn. She had an affinity for frogs in particular, for some odd reason....
Tiana's time has finally come, and now she is off to join her husband, and maybe even her parents, in Silicon Heaven. |

Taking her daughter by the hand, Gormez lead her (and, unknowingly, Sprig) through a blind maze. He told stories as they traveled through the jungle, narrating a fantastical tale based around the obstacles in their path (A fallen log they had to hop over was a giant snake, for example).
Eventually, they reach the end of the tale when they reach a clearing.
"And so, the brave frog princess, having vanquished the terrible Hand, was crowned queen of the realm! And everyone lived happily ever after."
Gormez bends down, resting himself on one knee. He lightly pats his daughter on the back
"You can open your eyes now!"

Tiana curiously tilted her head to one side. Obviously, she didn't guess what her father was up to. Nevertheless, she did as she was told.

Tiana's father rushed over to his daughter, with a huge grin on his face! It's plain to see in the way that he almost skips that Gormez is overly excited about something!
Can she guess what day it is today? He asks his daughter to grab his hand, close her eyes, and follow his lead.

Seeing that her daughter is brown, Emerald is overjoyed! Now, if only she could paint herself a different colour...

Either a gene mutation or a bug. Capheda sure feels lonely if she isn't included in the "Coffee Club"

Why is she brown.

After some time running around, Tiana finally caught the frog. As opposed to stuffing it in her mouth afterwards, however, she simply held it close, even though it clearly wanted to be put down.
She looked around, thinking about all the creatchis who had stopped by earlier, and decided that she'd like to go to them as opposed as having them come to her. And so she trundled off, still holding the frog.

No matter the case, Gormez was pleased to see that Tiana was taking a liking to the slimy, amphibious critters.
He was made even more proud when he saw his little girl chasing the frogs . . . no doubt she's a born hunter! Gormez smiled at Sprig for bringing such a generous gift, and ran off to find more quarry for his girl to chase!
