He thought that the feeling of loneliness was just another constant in life, until he hit puberty. Gormez grew into a very handsome Grendelchi, and soon he wasn't so lonely anymore as bachelorettes started to flock around him. And just as they softened up to him, he too softened up a little. He was won over by Emerald in the end, both with her cooking and her music. After spending ages together, they made it official and wed. Their daughter, Tiana, was born not too long later. Gormez took great pride in his daughter, even if he had his doubts at first, and was a very dutiful parent. Not too long later, he met an Ettinchi named Biyluff. Gormez came to trust her greatly for her tolerance and generosity. After he insulted one of her friends, however, she stood up for her and scolded him. That was the first time anyone told him no, and it would be the last time anyone would ever have to. He would never commit a cruel act again. After that, he lived to see his daughter find love, marry, and have a child of her own. A Nornchi named Sprig came to look up to him as a father, even if he never realized it. He saw his wife pass away before his eyes, and he knew his time was coming too. His last week was spent working on one last final project for his grandchild, and his final moments were with his progeny. Long live the family! R.I.P. |

Rusty decides to visit Gormez's grave with his mother. He is still too young to know about death, but asks his mother "Grandpa turned into a stone?". Despite being upset, Tiana can't help but laugh, and gives her son a big hug.

Biyluff gives a shaky sigh, approaching the grave. There was no way of going about this without shedding many tears "H-...hello Gormez." She said in a breathy, warbled tone. The blue ettinchi sat down on the grass, not by choice but because her mutation was finally getting the best of her. She was numb all over, she knew she didn't have much longer. "..Of course you decided t-to leave without anyone knowing...y-you never like pressing your p-problems on somebody..stubborn l-lizard." Biyluff muttered under her breath, though her words had no bite to it. She ran a paw over the stone grave, admiring the etched pictures Gormez's family had engraved in it "..W-why I bet if you were here now y-you would tell me to chin up..and t-then stuff a wedge of cheese up my n-nose.." Her eyes watered, voice breaking "Oh well..I..hope you don't mind..b-but I think..I will stay here..to r-rest with you.." Another spazm of shivers cut her short as she finally gave into the desire to lay down next to the grave...Just a snooze she thought...Just a snooze next to my best friend. Sadly, Biyluff had not known she wouldn't wake up from this nap. Oh jeez I knew this was going to happen today..I JUST KNEW IT..yet why am I so shocked and sad..? -also this is a really depressing post iamsosorry-)) | |||||||||||||

Florida didn't know Gormez, but noticed some of the other Creatchis giving him visits and decided to give him a visit, too! She hopes he has a happy afterlife, partying wherever it is the good Creatchis go... | |||||||||||||

Grom comes to see his father in law one last time. He sees the old man sleeping and decides to sit next to him and watch the clouds pass by. Gormez was something of a father for him since he never got to know his own parents and he's very grateful to Gormez for raising such a lovely lady and committing his last moments to Rusty. Grom sheds a single tear, leaves a frog and makes his way home to his family. | |||||||||||||

Rusty decides to give his grandpa a visit, seeing as he won't be around long much longer. Gormez tells young Rusty several stories about his life, but poor Rusty finds them a little boring and nearly dozes off halfway through! | |||||||||||||
