Norn Pregnant After Death? Screenshots TigerCivet | 6/21/2015 | | So I left my C3/DS running all day long and when I came back last night, I saw this dead Norn and checked on her. I found out she had become pregnant 5 hours after she had died?! How is that even possible? ![[nquestion] [nquestion]](/images/smilies/emot_question.gif) |

Thanks! Where can I find the genetics kit?

Re retrieving the gene file, if you manage to go to the creature history of the unborn Norn (click on the egg icon next to ''became pregnant'') you can find the moniker (basically the name of its gene file) by clicking on the Norn icon at the top of the creature history dialog.
Once you have the moniker, you can locate a file with this name in the genetics folder of the relevant world, and inject it with the Genetics Kit or another tool. The file name will be the moniker with ".gen" on the end.

After three hours of searching in the "graveyard" I found out his name was Poedel..
He was born that same day at 16:06 and died at 21:51
Edit:
The interesting thing here is that the female was a generation 1 Bengal Norn. The father was a generation 17 Norn

Who's the father?

Well, the picture tells me she died at 3pm while she became pregnant at 8pm, EXACTLY 5 hours after she passed away.. Coincidence, or..?
@ylukyun how could I retrieve the gene file and inject it?

but the true question is, how did she get pregnant in the first place?? Ether the daddy kissed her right before she passed or this is a case of necrophilia.

In case you did close the creature history, you should be able to find the mother in the crypt and access her creature history that way.

Maybe it was the creature crossbreeding script...
I'm not sure what you can do about the egg if the Norn's body is gone. (But if you still have that creature history dialog open, you can probably retrieve the gene file and inject it.)

Unfortunately, I didn't have an agent installed to get the egg out, so the Norn went poof before I could do anything..
Isn't there some kind of caos code to get the egg out?
I do have an agent which makes it possible for creatures to crossbreed between the different species (for example, Grendels can mate with Norns if they feel the need to).
I also have the Cupid's lyre installed, but it isn't accessible for my Norns during the wolfing run..

OH. That's highly alarming. I'm not sure it'd be possible to get the egg out. Maybe with a C-Section agent, but I'm not sure you'd be able to inject that before the norn goes poof!
