Oh! You guys got PS3s? I envy you. I have a PS2, my favourite games being Jak II, Jak 3 and Jak X.
They should have checked their spelling. That's naughty, leaving a typo unnoticed! |

Argh, the sheer, sheer irony in this thread is slowly turning my brain into strawberry vapors...

Aww, poor AquaShee. What's a typo between friends?
Hmm. *sniffs* Are you sure that's strawberry?

I can kind of see where that might error might have originally occured - its not uncommon for Japanese people to pronounce L as R by mistake so writeing it down in such a way, however absentmindedly, seems possible. That it made it all the way to a display room without anyone catching on though? Truely odd.
This thread hurts my head - I just KNOW theres going to be a typo somewhere in this post that I'll regret later. @_@

That should be on headlines (of the tonight show).

Psh... who cares? I'd be more interested in what I was playing than what the controller says- I wouldn't be surprised to pick up my stone-aged PS2 controllers and suddenly notice they've said PrayStation on them the entire time I've had them.
Anyway, it's not that surprising of a mistake. In Japanese, the closest equivalent to R and L is the same thing, and to boot, said sound is more of a funny 'D' sound than an R or an L.... |

Yeah I do know that, I mean the problem is that the word "Select" has been used on controllers for two decades, however.
