I feel silly because I cant get this to work. I was trying to make the waterfall by the pond in c1 make creatures giggle when they push it.

it wont get them to giggle, not even a tiny bit. Is there something I'm forgetting?

By the looks of things, you're missing a "targ from." Though that probably doesn't explain why you're not hearing it at all - leaving out the "targ from" would probably make the waterfall laugh instead, not blot it out altogether.
