Today whilst arguing with my brother about Ipod charger cables, my Ipod Touch unfortunately managed to slip from my hands and go on a little ride onto the cold floor. I picked it up and the screen had a massive crack in it. Crap.
Yes, I have only had my Ipod Touch for three days and it's broke.
Does anyone have any advice on how to fix the screen? It isn't really a problem at the moment, as my dad managed to put clear plastic film over it, but the crack really ruins it for me. Also, what's an Ipod "digitizer"? |

I have one too, it's a wonderful device, but also fragile.
I have searched on Google and I came on this page, it seems to be useful.
I hope it'll get fixed soon!

Thanks Lembam. I would expect for the price you pay for Ipod Touches that they'd be a bit more robust. |

Do you have a cover or one of those plastic front covers for your itouch? Those help reinforce it, and prevent some water damage. Not saying you can drop it in the pool/down a mountain and it'll be intact, but it helps.
