... Part 1. Who's going to be seeing this movie?  I'm seeing it tomorrow night, and I'm dead excited about it! I have a higher anticipation for this final instalment. As this one is split into two parts, hopefully some justice will be done to the book, and of course, to the end of the Harry Potter saga! I also hope the character deaths aren't too crushing. Bawling one's eyes out in the cinema isn't a good look.  |

I'm not going to see it, because I'm not that fan of scary movies. But it's fun to know that my grandniece works at the HP Studios.  Geek Ettin's Lab (New!) Bill Gates: "Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one."  |

What does your grandniece do, Lembam? Well, I saw it last night and I enjoyed it for the most part and it's just made me all the more eager to see Part 2. Part 1 is quite slow paced, compared to all the action in the rest of the story. Saying that, it definitely had its moments and I'm happy that it was close to the book; a vast improvement from some of the other movies! |

While I enjoyed the books, I was never a fan of harry potter, and the deathly hallows seemed very underwhelming to me. Although, my heart was torn asunder at the brutal deaths of the characters LOL JKS DOBBY |

I liked this movie so much I'm actually seeing it again this Friday. Pacing wasn't perfect, but of all the movies I think it's the best made thus far, and I appreciated the scenes that were expanded upon or altered (especially that beginning... holy crud poor Hermione. :C ). You have to be honest with yourself when you are writing. If that leads to somewhere unexpected then perhaps you really needed to go there. -- Jim Adkins |
