See the C2toDS Refresh project for an in-progress update to this metaroom!

Maybe you could finish it yourself!

it makes me sad this was never properly finished

Does anyone have the old files for this? The current link is broken.

You can put the fish in the fishbowl, it's pretty neat.

It's an amazing metaroom, but I do have a couple of observations...
1) The transportation agents -- the copter and the submarine -- are glitchy on my machine. The copter takes off and flies but doesn't seem to land properly when it goes to the right (it stops at the mountain on the island and doesn't go any further), and both the copter and submarine appear to leave clones or images of themselves at their original starting points.
2) What on earth is that huge glass fishbowl for???
3) Might I recommend the inclusion of the porcupine fish in the oceans so that creatures don't drown when they decide (in their infinite idiocy) to walk off the edge of the pier as they have an unfortunate tendency to do in the original C2 game?

| There seems to be a problem with Cactus seeds. Norns want to eat them, but for some reason cant, and then they just get stuck, fixated on the seeds they cant pick up or eat.
Hope this gets fixed. Does someone know a way I can kill all the cactus, so the metaroom can be playable again?

I'd also like to mention there are a few roofs that are just too low for normal creatures, the main issue being the cave that leads to the frog pond.

Absolutely brilliant, though the weather keeps scaring the bejeebus out of my creatures and I think it's interfering with their functioning.
The nighttime function is brillaint and the sheer multitude of plants, critters and cobs recreated is fantastic.
Edit: I also tried to raise norns in the ocean only to find the critters don't provide nourishment, half of them aren't edible and those that are don't stim.

I found a bug in my first 3 minutes of injecting XD. You know that purple mushroom plant that comes in a pot? It's by the deep ocean or whatever its called. Well, when you move it, the fruit stays where it is and hovers in the air! That's definitely not normal.
And there's also another bug that I found with the beehive! Whenever it drips honey, the beehive moves away a couple of pixels, then goes back. I think it's with all of the beehives.
