type | Misc | author | Verm, Freyla | updated | 9/30/2022 | version | 1.37 | Originally posted for the CCSF 2020, the Nornbinary Update allows for the (most of the time) glitch-free hatching, raising, and breeding(if the genome allows) of nonbinary creatures. It comes with an addition of a non-binary button to the muco.
Included is 4 versions of the update, 1.35, 1.35f, 1.35 c and activate 1 and 2 separation. 1.3f, unlike 1.3, allows female creatures to breed with other females, if conditions are met, and changes a few bits of creature interacting scripts to make this easier. 1.3c is like 1.3f, but for all creature sexes, treating any breeding like two nonbinaries breeding. Activate 1 and 2 separation is just the base I used for the scripts for the most part, it'll give you the GUI updates with the breeding script being mostly vanilla(except for being able to account for the crossbreeding variable), but by default will produce 0 nonbinary creatures.
Also there's a little game variable that can handle crossbreeding now :p.
You shouldn't send non-binary creatures through warp to someone who does not have the update, otherwise many GUI errors will probably occur. |

While that would be a really neat idea, trying to implement like I did here would be a bit harder. The problem with c1 and c2 is when I tried using any of the creature making commands to give something a non-binary sex(usually by making the number 3+), it tended to crash. There might be a way, but it's probably slightly buggier in general in the other games.

I love this, I saw it on the CCSF and loved the idea, I'd like to be able to implement it in C1 but I don't even know where to start!

Hello, nonbinary creatures break the GUI Updates Script's importer display. I'm sorry to bother you.
