| Phantasm's egg was laid completely normally, and to top it off both her parents were still alive when she hatched. She would really have liked to believe that she was a completely ordinary grendelchi.
Unfortunately for her, she was anything but. Whenever she was around, an odd, haunting melody played in the minds of any other Creatchi nearby. It was, in fact, the very same song that accompanied her ancestor Saya. Why it came back despite Phantasm's normal birth circumstance was a mystery. Perhaps she inherited some of her mother's mysticism.
Unlike Saya initially, Phantasm was able to hear this song. Considering that for her it played nearly all the time, she spent a lot of her time trying to figure out how to make it stop and keep it that way. She never had much success in that endeavor; in fact, her attempts usually just made the song play louder.
She at least tried to be nice to other Creatchis, although she has a bit of a grumpy streak (possibly due to sleep deprivation) and she didn't take too kindly to anyone who asks about the music.
Although the song never stopped following her around, she got her wish of a normal life. It was a long and fruitful one; she settled down with a wonderful black grendelchi named Nacht and they had a son and a daughter together. Their daughter Icicle went on to breed herself, and Phantasm was happy to hear the news that she had a living grandson by the name of Fungus in the last hours of her life.
Her death was a peaceful one, and now she has joined her ancestors in Silicon Heaven. Maybe there she'll learn the true identity of the song. |

You're quite welcome. It's not like Phantasm's going to need it in the afterlife, anyway.

Oh that's a shame. I'll go gift someone else with overcooked shark I guess?

My apologies, but I completely give up on trying to RP. I just don't have the heart for it.

Hircine find his sister around a few other Creatchis, looking slightly grumpy. He waves happily to her and hands her a container filled with cooked shark. He tells her an overly dramatic version of what happened, adding in sound effects where ever he can, and acting out most of the parts with bad finger puppets.
"I might have cooked it to long, but I'm not used to cooking sharks. How have you been?"

Butterscotch is wandering along a trodden path in the woods when she notices a strange noise. thinking it's a badbug, she swats at her ears and moves on. But when it comes back in a lovely melodic form, she is completely confounded. She's never heard a bug like that... she starts looking curiously around the surrounding bushes and trees, trying to find the source of the beautiful song, but instead bumps into a lovely cerulean grendelchi. "Me sorry..," she says, and is about to move on in her search when she realizes that somehow this creatchi is the song's origin! ".. How did you do that!?" she asks in amazement.
