honestly depends on how well I know the person, because if they're cute but I haven't really noticed them before and haven't been able to observe how they act around their friends, reflexive no. if I've liked them for quite a while and talked to them on a consistent basis (and my ex-gf could verify this) I am more likely to come up to them, panic and say something stupid, and pray that they are charmed by my bumbling. If I've liked them without really talking to them that much, I would panic but say ok. (and be relieved that I don't have to go through with my half-baked "plan" for asking them out.) There's nothing wrong with getting to know them as friends!  That way, if, eventually, feelings deepen, you know them better than just 'coming up to you' - and if not, you've got friends.

You're still young, Mlohse. A time will come when you'll start dating but until then I'd just enjoy being a kid, and have fun doing kid things, while you still can! I wish I hadn't grown up so quickly.
