Despite lessons in the proper social graces, Vekk's and Willia's courtship turned out much like their childhood games of hide and seek tag. In the end it was Willia who was the "it" to pop the question, to which Vekk replied with an acceptance after a long moment of stunned silence . Knowing her discomfort with his often scaly assistants Vekk did not insist on having her live in the lab. Instead he decided to live with her, and eventually had two bright lime-shelled eggs to show for it. It wasn't until after their second egg that he found what his contribution to the lab would be. Using his father Snaff's work with holograms and making his own improvements, Vekk created and narrated a series of learning holograms that he titled "Lessons from Lady Hel: A Nerd-Chi's Guides to Proper Etiquette." He spent so long on perfecting them that he missed his sister Ellowyn's passing and nearly missed the hatching of his son, Hiram. But they were complete, duplicated many many times over with the master copy in the lab for safe keeping, and ready to be shared with the rest of the world. His remaining time was spent with his spouse and sons. In the tradition of his predecessors before him he would be interred in the lab, to haunt the halls. However, unlike them, his spouse Willia decided to join him and he did not name a successor. After finding the truth of the lab in his childhood and later on encountered the thought that maybe neither of his sons would wish to carry on with the traditions, he leaves that decision up to the otherworldly thing that lives there. Vekk joins his father in otherworldly lab endeavors. |

As Snaff grew into adolescence he was found to be far more competitive when it comes down to the lab than with the female Nornchi. Unlike his friendly competitors Alduin and Tangarao, Snaff was more awkward than normal around the girls. But eventually he found his own lady, a golden-furred Nornchi named Yarrow. They became the proud parents of two eggs and were a happy pair up until the day she passed on. On her gravesite he planted a bed of her favorite flowers around a most wonderful surprise, a more artistic holographic representation of her favorite tree. Afterwards, out of grief, he locked himself away in one of the more private labs. The loss of his spouse aged Snaff far more than the Nornchi had realized. His handful of grey that he was always teased about had turned into a full head of hair and a scattering throughout the rest of his green pelt. Despite his vision having only gotten worse with time his eyes still gleamed brightly, even the lines of age on his face were lightened by them. News of his daughter Ellowyn hatching brought him out of seclusion, and he spent his last days getting to know her and passing on what knowledge he could. He was proud to have gotten the chance to meet one of his and Yarrow's offspring, and to have lived long enough to hear of an offering for her hand! Snaff has joined Zojja in haunting the lab. |

Zojja's final wish was to be interred beneath her laboratory. She leaves to her caregiver's next hatchling the entire lab and the educational center that she spent half of her life working on, in hopes that whatever comes out of that egg will carry on the torch of genius. And maybe get that confounded cheese machine working! Zojja is haunting her lab, watching over everything. |

It would come to no surprise that he would be the first Ettinchi to take a spouse, a dainty yellow frog by the name of Ukyo, and become the first father of his species. From the yellow egg came Mahogany, their bright lime green daughter. Despite having a spouse and a tadpole Dusty still wandered, befriending and hoarding, lending his assistance if need be, and observing his world. Eventually he entered his golden days, but even then the old frog still managed to get around much to the surprise of the younger creatchis! He held no fear nor even the slightest concern over nearing the end of his journey in the mortal coil. Despite all the disheartening sights that he had seen and continued to see, he had lead a quite fulfilling life. He watched his beautiful daughter grow up, witnessed another Ettinchi pairing and the laying of another egg. The only things old Dusty had concerns about were the lack of more sociable Ettinchi and a strange curse inflicted upon most creatchi that were born the color red. His caregiver would wish to say that he would rest well, but she knows the little frog far better than that! He's likely roaming both the planes of the mortal and the afterlife, sociable as ever, with a few old friends in tow to play poltergeist at random with the living and entertaining the hatchlings with a story or three. |
