Despite lessons in the proper social graces, Vekk's and Willia's courtship turned out much like their childhood games of hide and seek tag. In the end it was Willia who was the "it" to pop the question, to which Vekk replied with an acceptance after a long moment of stunned silence . Knowing her discomfort with his often scaly assistants Vekk did not insist on having her live in the lab. Instead he decided to live with her, and eventually had two bright lime-shelled eggs to show for it. It wasn't until after their second egg that he found what his contribution to the lab would be. Using his father Snaff's work with holograms and making his own improvements, Vekk created and narrated a series of learning holograms that he titled "Lessons from Lady Hel: A Nerd-Chi's Guides to Proper Etiquette." He spent so long on perfecting them that he missed his sister Ellowyn's passing and nearly missed the hatching of his son, Hiram. But they were complete, duplicated many many times over with the master copy in the lab for safe keeping, and ready to be shared with the rest of the world. His remaining time was spent with his spouse and sons. In the tradition of his predecessors before him he would be interred in the lab, to haunt the halls. However, unlike them, his spouse Willia decided to join him and he did not name a successor. After finding the truth of the lab in his childhood and later on encountered the thought that maybe neither of his sons would wish to carry on with the traditions, he leaves that decision up to the otherworldly thing that lives there. Vekk joins his father in otherworldly lab endeavors. |

Vekk greets his friend with a nod and a smile, his paws occupied by something that he was tinkering with right at that moment. He wasn't mute, but just like his father he had the tendency of being long-winded and using rather big words! He sets the object down with care when he notices the strange fruit in her paws. The limechi blushes after reading the note attached. It took quite a few tries before he could finally squeak out a simple yes, accompanied by an awkward smile. *Owner sleepily apologizes for late response and goes back to snoozing* | |||||||||||||||||||

She feels embarrassed to be the one to ask, but she does so anyway and approaches Vekk with a little freshly picked fruit whose color almost matches his. Attached is a little note with a request.

Vekk smiles, having just found and read Hel's note. He was having great fun playing a spontaneous game hiding and go seek with Willia that he never noticed it until now. The only things he knew about the icy-coated lady was her name and that she was related to a very good friend of his father, but had never guessed that she would contact him and say almost the exact same thing that the deceased Nornchi had. Still grinning, Vekk makes a mental note to go look for the older Nornchi after he finds Willia again. | |||||||||||||||||||

Willia, hiding amongst some pretty fruits, sees that pretty green boy over there is quite lonely. But, she's feeling shy today and is hindered from socializing with him. "Tomorrow" she whispers to herself.
