stage | dead | age | 24:0:2:20 | generation | 1st | Despite the lack of a smile in her final photograph, Zojja passed on with a rather large grin plastered across her furry face. A bright mind to the end, even though she never did get that cheese machine to work. No explosions or other such accidents took this "genius" down! It never bothered her that she had little interest in finding a spouse and breeding. Perhaps because she had too much else in mind to do that seemed far more important than the continuation of her species.
Zojja's final wish was to be interred beneath her laboratory. She leaves to her caregiver's next hatchling the entire lab and the educational center that she spent half of her life working on, in hopes that whatever comes out of that egg will carry on the torch of genius. And maybe get that confounded cheese machine working! Zojja is haunting her lab, watching over everything. |

Zojja pokes her nose out from behind the door, two days late but at the time she hadn't been in the position to answer. Sniffing the air, she detects the hint of Grendelchi and shuts the heavy door again. This time she would lock it as she was sure that if a Grendelchi has been by, then those gadget-filching Ettinchis will follow. She hadn't a care that even one of them turned out quite different from the standard, she wasn't going to take the risk! That cheese machine was her life's work, after all.

Whisper knocks on the door of hte lab.

Zojja pauses in her tinkering, having snuck off her lab while Beowulf was unaware, to give Biyluff a hand in getting off the floor. The place wasn't too terribly hidden, obviously, but it was much cleaner and more organized now that there was somebody in it. She probably should get back to that old Nornchi before he finds some trouble to get into.

Biyluff stops by to greet the Nornchi..She honestly has not a clue of Nornchi customs but she figures a hearty hello and-...apparently falling on you face again is a great way to greet Zojja! (Its like the rocks follow her everywhere I swear)

Narfkin the red, feeling much better after having a sip of some of the wonderful golden elixir the little nornchi had brought him. In thanks he offers Zojja a piece of cheese he found.

She hatched! And she's blue. I know -just- what to name her.

Paint them like the egg!

Darn! I was hoping for another Ettinchi.
And now to paint my nails while playing the waiting game.
