The problem is that I have no clue how to use the Sprite-Builder right... my first try.. was really bad and I don´t know how to make the files for the hat and bodyparts right...

Oh I know that feeling. It is a little tricky to figure out how to use the program the first time. How did it turn out bad? I know if you try to bring in a file, sometimes it will be upside/down or look all scratchy like it's been put through a blender. Is that what happened? Or did you get an error message or something else? I'm sure we can help you troubleshoot it.
I know it can be frustrating when you're trying to figure it out, but most problems in SpriteBuilder have pretty simple solutions.

Q____Q I´m really despaired.. when I try to insert my finished Bitmap... it´s only black in the programm !
And 191 Bitmaps for one head ( + emotions) for only 1 age and one gender is REALLY hard q-q
So only for the head you need 955 pictures!

Have you tried pasting instead of inserting?

And if copying it directly into the progam doesn't work, you can copy the sprite, then paste it into Paint, then copy it again and paste it into Sprite Builder.
There should be a way to change the save settings in the program you're using to make the sprites compatible with Sprite Builder, but how to do that varies from program to program.

I think it´s better if I quit the project. I have no time for it, I´m really sorry, whenever I want to I have to do other things, and also the sprite builder isn´t woking. If anyone has the interest to develop this race, I could help... maybe....
I could only help with the design, but not with the sprites... q___q ( Yes, I am to stupid for it..)
The reason why I quit is because of school. I´m at I new school and don´t want to fail like last year. I also have lost a little bit the interesst of creatures...
The only thing that I wanted to make special at the Victrix Norn is, that their expressions are smililar to Manga/ Anime ecxpressions... and not to the normal norn expressions

But as I said, I don´t have the time, I´m sorry gusy q____q

Ah, I can understand that. Sometimes it is necessary to at least put a project on hold, when real life starts making its demands. I really want to see this breed realized, but whatever you have to do. I know school is definitely a higher priority.
I can tell you, though, if you still want to continue it (or decide to pick it up again later on), that if you do make the sprites and just save them as Bitmaps it would be pretty easy for another person to convert the Bitmaps into sprite files. So there's not much need to worry if SpriteBuilder refuses to work.

Eh, so do you need a huge amount of technological know-how to make a breed? |

And patience. Technological know-how and patience.
I think it were about 3 or 4 thousand sprites for a breed with the "normal" lifestages, like CL breeds.
In theory you could make sprites for even more lifestage, means more sprites.
For that all you need to know how to use a graphics program and sprite builder.
If you want them to use fancy new genetics and not just be a ChiChi in a different skin, you need to know how to use a genetic editor as well. More time and know-how required.
Last but not least you must be able to write a correct PRAY template and blast it through a compiler of your choice. That means you need again more know-how. Patience not really, the template actually is not sooo hard to write and is compiled within a few seconds till a minute.

Most of the "hard part" is simply sitting down and drawing all the sprites, though. If somebody draws all the sprites, that's probably 80% of the work right there. And it's not like nobody would want to offer advice or help with the rest of it. People are always eager to see new breeds, and genetics are easy and fast as long as you have a straightforward tutorial on hand. PRAY is a little harder to understand, but there are good tutorials for that too.
So, it does require technical know-how, but I wouldn't say a huge amount. Unless you're making a very differently-shaped Norn which means new ATTs, it isn't astronomically difficult.
