Development Forum Breeds and Development   1 | 2 Zurinsel13        12/9/2009 Hi, I want to make a new breed, the Victrix Norns , they will be for C3 and Ds. I am good at drawing, but I don´t have enough time to develop a breed ..... I would be glad if someone have the time and enough knowledge to develop a breed and cooperate with me ^^ So, if someone have the time, please send a message to me. It would easily be possible to make fruit-eating in general make the males be aggressive, but it would be difficult to restrict the effect to lemons. I don't know how exclusive those chemicals are though.   Epaeris   12/9/2009 Hmm, what chemical is the "medicine" in the lemons? Perhaps that chemical could be converted in to anger? Lemons are the only thing which contain Antihistaimine so no worries there. Out of curiosity, what do you mean by "smart groups"?   Prodigal Sock Ghosthande     12/10/2009 ^ The only downside I see is the fact that any time your Norns come down with histamines, you need antihistamine to cure them. Brainstorm, add phermones to females which make them form small groups. Problem is that pretty much all female Norns would group together. I'm sure we can figure it out. ^^   Malkin Manager     12/10/2009 CFEs are smarter norns - they can remember how they feel about other individual creatures, which ups the soapie factor of every world. They also don't get obsessed with the bramboo berry that is just out of reach, and they don't get stuck pushing buttons and repushing them as often. CFEs do not crash on Macs - I don't know what you're talking about there, Sam. :/ You could even just work out what edits are needed for the Victrix, and apply them to a CFE genome. I talked with the genii over at ccdevnet and they said that small groups are pretty much impossible without scripting. So unless you want to script grouping, small groups will have to be very basic. I'm currently working on some ideas about it though, so don't give up hope ^^! I'd suggest these: Geat E: Eskimo Norns. Only recolored ChiChi sprites Grendel X: Tiger Grendels. Incomplete sprite set (hate such) and I don't really know anybody who really uses them. Grendel Z: Crimson Norns. Only red colored Brin and Bengal Norn sprites merged together. Ettin X: Glacier Ettins. They occupy a whole breed slot only for their stupid tail All other body parts are a mix of Desert Ettin and ChiChi Norn. Or you simply look up the list yourself. Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... We have enough classifiers to make a new one. 65536 classifiers are available. Then you can give e.g. a plant and it's seeds the same classifier without conflicts and according to MK from the Grendel Warehouse you can even use classifiers larger than 65536. Lets play plants! When we do it over a chemical lemons already contain will random edible things containing that chemical also cause the anger. The Unknownases are unused chemicals and placeholders.
