These guys are your average CFE Desert Norn, just with a nice new color. The adult females are a bit more red then the males, but otherwise both are a nice dark color. The babies sometimes like to hide in dark corners and surprise their hand...
Included in the download are two pairs of Norns, one pair which has been fast aged to adulthood, and pictures of them as babies and adults.

The genome of the C2 Gargoyle Norns is based on the Golden Desert Norns, with a few changes. They're amphibious so putting them underwater won't hurt them.
They also have their own special egg sprites.

The updated genomes prevent creatures from achieving immortality by eating anti-oxidants and makes it possible for creatures to die of old age.
This version overwrites the mom and dad files in the genetics folder and allows you to hatch updated creatures from the hatchery. This also allows you to get fixed mixed breeds from the hatchery including the Ron and forest norns. You cannot get Santa norns from the hatchery.
This version also comes with a fixed Grendel genome and the updated Santa genome. Included are two Santa norns.
Version 1 is included if you don't want Ron or forest mixes from the hatchery.

Sentinel Norns are designed to be guardians - they can't move from place to place without the hand's assistance (though non-walking movement is possible and will happen), they never eat, are functionally immortal, and will beat the stuffing out of anything that dares get too close.
They use the sprites of the C3 Ettins (Ettin A), C3 Grendels (Grendel A), Bruin Norns (Norn A), and Bengal Norns (Norn B).

Phoenix Norns are designed to combat the spread of fast-aging, fast-breeding norns. When the females lay an egg, they die, while their male offspring continue to pass this trait around the general population. They also change colors over the course of their lifespan.
They use the sprites of the Civet Norn (Norn C).

Okapi Norns are migratory norns that head for the Norn Home to breed when it's winter, but leave in the spring. Besides that, there is very little that separates them from the average C3/DS norn.
They use the sprites of the Bruin Norns (Norn A), Bengal Norns (Norn B), and ChiChi Norns (Norn D).

Imp Norns are very cowardly norns, to the point where running away from things gives them energy. Despite this, they lack the need to eat and live longer than normal norns do (though they age quickly to adolescent). Detritus acts as an aphrodisiac to them.
They use the sprites of the Bruin Norns (Norn A), Bengal Norns (Norn B), Civet Norns (Norn C), C3 Ettins (Ettin A), and Dusky Grendels (Grendel L).

Chimera Norns are very aggressive, age quickly, and breed very fast. They can take hits much better than the standard norn, but aren't immune to death by slapping. They can negate pain by eating. They live only half as long as a normal norn by default, but throwing them around increases their lifespan.
They use the sprites of the Bengal Norns (Norn B), Hardman Norns (Norn N), Magma Norns (Norn E), Toxic Norns (Norn J), and C3 Grendels (Grendel A).

Bear Grendels hibernate when they get cold, and females will protect their young up until their children become adolescent. They're also a bit more aggressive than normal grendels, and will get angry faster.
They use the sprites of the C3 Ettins (Ettin A), Bruin Norns (Norn A), and Pyrite Grendels (Grendel G).

PLEASE NOTE: The Paradox Norns genetics are special, in that they are a toxic breed which can reproduce with any other breed with a high chance of the child being able to survive. However, there is a trade off. If the Paradox Norns should become infected with certain chemicals, they become little more than zombies; unable to breed, no drives and immortal, unless they suffer enough injury to kill them.
The Paradox Norns are just that: A paradox. They can survive in either toxic or 'clean' environments. Also, when breeding with other Norn breeds, the resulting offspring will be either 100% Paradox, or 100% other, unlike standard Toxic Norns which produce offspring that may contain conflicting genes. An exception would be if a Paradox Norn breeds with a Toxic Norn, in which case the offspring may be either 100% Toxic, 100% Paradox, or a mix of Toxic and Paradox.
They use one of the following sprite sets from the following breeds, which must be installed to display properly*:
Bengal Norn
Bruin Norn
ChiChi Norn
Civet Norn
Dream Norn
Fimbul Norn
Gargoyle Norn (C3/DS)
Magma Norn
Primavera Norn
Yellowstone Norn
They are also distinguished by the constant presence of a Banshee Grendel tail, if this breed is installed. If not, they have a standard C3 Grendel tail.
*Note: It is not required to have all of the listed sprits sets installed. The Paradox Norns have several different genomes, each genome uses a different sprite set from the list.

Crobster Muncher Norns cannot breathe above water. Their main diet consists mostly of critters, but they can digest detritus as well. This enables them to get all their nutrients from crobsters, hence their name. They're based on Hardman Norns, and as such are every single bit as angry as a Hardman Norn is.
They use the sprites of the Hardman Norns (Norn N) and the Sea Ettins (Ettin S).

Coming forward in time all the way from 2011 is an Ettin breed I thought I had lost! They were inspired by what I thought were the worst traits for a Creature to have, eating too much, and breeding too much. So I made them, named them Locust Ettins, and almost lost them until I found the only surviving member, Locust. In this little pack here is a .gen file from Locust, a few adults, and Locust himself, who's now a bit old. I can't remember if they are CFE or not.
