i have to do it like i do in fact, because the final result of the sprite is made from 2 sprite (aliased for border, and no aliased inside) to have the smouth result without the weard black pixel around

someone know if it is possible to make a custom egg ? and if it is the case, can we also make an agent that can add a custom egg to all the official breed? (even if not i have allready made the custom egg, but could be awsome to have custom egg to any official breed/custom breed you want)

update, i have like 50% of all the spritesheet ready, head, tail(both part), body, uper leg
in fact all the sprites will be ready very soon!

i have a bug that make my sprite appear like that :

and i have all my files in bmp 24 exported from toshop with "row something" checked, look normal in sprite builder...

and , it's just my oppinion, but it lost a little bit of quality in the process...

@ Papubuntu, if I remember correctly, Ghosthande had a guide about how to get rid of these green mess, she made cool breeds in a 3D programme as well and encountered the same glitch

I haven't had a chance to do a whole lot with the genome yet, but now that it's the weekend I'll be able to get stuff done! So far it should be immune to toxins from the norn meso stingers.

Cool, i think that i will do a spetial metaroom for it, with principaly nes critters/bugs agent that are spetialy designed to be the carni norn food, and like deadly creatures for any other norn, ( toxic not inclued)

But I also want to make a toxic ettins and a toxic grendel, so my toxic norn will feel less lonely

Do you have your sprites online somewhere? I may be able to make an egg agent if nobody else steps up or is making one already.

I'm very interested in helping with the metaroom though. Breeds aren't really my thing :P

I want to make a wole new ship, with at least 2 room, the dark jungle of the carni norn, and the intoxicate part of the ship with the toxic ettins and grendel, and maybe a carnivorous ettins too ( think that the ettins are cute and under used in C3)

Prey ettin for the carni norn could be cool, like when they are killed they drop some meat that the carni norn eat

A bug shaped ship that act like a parasite, we are going to need a story telling personne ! "A crazy shee that gone crazy and grow a parasite ship and the story go wrong and the ship escape, inside apear the carni norn, prey ettins, toxic norn/gren/ettin"

Maybe i will create a discord for the wole project code name "Abominalis"

A lot of things but without coding support, hope the CCFS 2018 will link all the creative together, I'm sure that if all the profile of creatures cave work together we can make a wole standalone version, like DS

ALL SPRITE FINISHED!! By now they replace the chichi, just wait for the rest, so for the slot, a norn slot, (a norn slot with no very great breed allready in it) you can choose it, can't wait!

You work really fast. When you're finished with your breed would you mind putting together a short guide/tutorial with your work flow and tools you're using? Just the process you're taking from the 3D modelling application you're using to having the sprites in game.

ok if you want but it's ... like a "created on the moment" technique to make it the more quick possible (in fact it's my spetiality in game, creativity, optimisation an rapidity)

in fact i use spritebuilder to export all the sprite sheet of like the left foot, in photoshop i place all of them in order from up to down in a *640 image (like the old male, the old female, the adult male....

and in my 3d software i place one by one my own model in front of it and copy it to place it on all the sprites, after i just have to recut the big render in all the different spritesheet

and i study the 3d for 4 years now, and it's my real job héhé

Sorry about my low rate of post lately, but i have a student to take care for 2 week, teaching him 3d stuff ^^

But i take a little time to drow the basic shape of the ship, here you can see a preview with some expalations:

I am on photoshop to redraw it with my tablet, i will make the exterior and the basic background of the ship (no coloring just shape, all of it will be made, at the end, of hand made polygons)

and maybe some floors, but after that i will share the PSD file and a zip with all the different layers for the no/photoshop users in PNG in the full quality to let all the creatives the oportunity to draw the interior of the ship.

when the ship will have all the inside filled with decorations/ agent/ doors/ house/ vegetation from all of us, this will by my concept to make all the 3d models.

during that time i will do the toxic ettins and grendels

hope this is a good idea !

So it latches on to the side of the Meso, kind of like Terra? You might want to invest in a decorative object for the Meso so it is slightly in-shot.

Also darn, you work fast. You've done in almost half a week what would take me two months. How do you accomplish unfamiliar modelling situations so quickly? My previous two norn attempts across these years have been heavily flawed in spite of the vast amount of information I managed to gather on how to do it.

yes this is why i want to make an "outside" that we will see from norn meso and the other rooms

3D and drawing is my actual job (independant more like a creative "poor";), all my life was about art, all my study (painting, drawing, sculpting, design, mode, 3D) was creative related, and i invest all my money in a 3 years bachelor in a famous french 3d school

When I like something I can invest so much time an energy to learn and product that i think i've farm my speed skill at level 37 at least

if some of you are interested in a skype session with screen sharing to see my working methode on like the toxic ettins I'm ok to do it ;)

And now I'm 28 YO and I play creatures since 1998, allways dreamed of doing agent and breed but... i'm realy shy about my work and, befor learning more deeply my english speaking, I was thinking that creatures was a dead game.

I will update the .rar with the finished walls, and water places and send a preview, hope that will motivate someone! :
