So here's a new idea.  Every Friday, we'll run a 'Friday Discussion' here at CC.com! We'll pick the subject, you guys give us your opinions. The forums seem to be a bit quiet of late, so I figured you might all want something to get involved in.So, lets start off with a bit of a contraversial topic! Do you think it is right for people to sell third party developments? Ali has done a good job on his new world for C2, Montu, and on Ostrava for DS, whilst the NornGarden seemed to be pretty popular. However, these were addons made by community members, sold to community members. Do you think it is 'ok' for community members to charge other members for these addons, or does it go against community spirit? Is mixing Creatures and money a good idea or not? Would you pay for more quality addons, or do you feel there is enough free stuff out there already? Lets hear your thoughts! |

I don't really like offering addons for profit... it makes it seem like you're more interested in money than making something for the community to enjoy. That's just me though..! I'm not saying that's the intentions of the people that do these things. :3 | |||

I find the whole idea rather pointless really, I bet tomtschek isn't really making that much money off of Norngarden 2 sales seeing as the whole thing isn't really that popular. Heck, if he released it for free it would pobably be one of the most popular metarooms out there. | |||
