 In this week's Creatures Online update, the team is working on some features which can't be shown because they're still in progress. Instead, we're getting our first glimpse of the Crafting Machine!It will allow us to get some objects by combining various components, which are released when norns do actions. (For example, watering a plant, using a toy, tickling a critter...) If we get impatient, we can buy the components for the crafting machine with our Golden Eggs, but all the ingredients will be available to us through regular gameplay. |

Ewww... Mucus Beach Balls... Aren't norns' hands sticky enough? lol Actually if they get the items from 'certain actions'... what makes mucus? 'Eem pick nose'? | |||

CO might not be like the previous Creatures games, but that doesn't mean it can't be good. | |||

I think it's great that all ingredients are available through regular gameplay. From what I've seen in games like this, I think that's a good sign.  "You can give us money for this, but you don't HAVE to, you'll just have to work a little harder"... and for me that makes it all the more satisfying when I get that expensive thing without spending a dime of real-world money.

I guess so, as long as they choose a different method than randomly generating the ingredients. | |||

I think it could be cool if pulled off right, and at least we're not forced to pay things with Golden Eggs. | |||

This doesn't look too promising in my opinion. Chances are the ingredients will be limited in regular gameplay, like in Hay Day, another F2P game I play occasionally.
