Firedrake Concept No. 2 Art Solariana | 7/12/2013 | 1 | Now with female and egg sprite concepts!
The Firedrake Norns are an idea I had for a dragon-like, heat-loving breed. They would probably breed rather infrequently and have a long lifespan, and would probably have a penchant for hoarding things. They'd probably be strictly carnivorous, too. |

Update: no longer considering making this a breed as I don't have the time. HOWEVER, I am opening all of my past and future breed concepts for anyone to develop. Just credit me if you do

If I end up developing this breed, then yes, I'll want them to have their own optional egg sprites.
|
| |
|
Are you going to make egg sprites too?
|
| |
|
Hmmmm... you know, maybe it would be worth a try.
|

|
If you're on summer break like some of us, however, I don't think it will take several months. Maybe one or two if you work on it often. I don't remember my breeds taking several months, then again, I was doing simple edits to existing sprites.

o3o oh my. xD
hmmm... i'm not sure i've got the time for that right now, unfortunately. Perhaps sometime in the future. But it's a fun concept, right?
If anyone wants to develop these guys independent of me, feel free to do so, by the way. :3 Just give credit.

Looks heatloving, but more than the Magma Norns. Not sure about the Magma genome, but I guess it could be done better...
There's always some way to make everything better.

A very long time, if it's sprite-work. Several months, If it's from scratch and/or you're inexperienced. For genetics, it varies wildly, depending on the complexity of the modifications, and skill. (speaking of which, I need to make some genome tweaks.)

Wow how long does breed development usually take?

Okay! I think I'll go there and see what I can learn. Thank you! ^w^
