Another of my atempt on remake old breeds of mine,this time,my very first (and old) C2 breed ever - the Ice norn... New can be seen on left side, right is the old - males are up,females are down. I allready drawed up a concept pic of how the new Ice norn will look like - but Im still a bit unsure of the female..I gave her longer hair before,alltought the hair itself looked nice,it just didn't fit her very well, so I did make a haircut and made her hair a bit balanced - not too short,nor too long..and even thought it may look better now, I still somehow liked the old females hairstyle (sidewise)... As you can see - the remake got a huge revamp - same ice norn,but new things changed. The males now share the more glittery eyes fems had,but now even improved. They got now a better crystal (drawn by me) they got longer ears (with white fur on the eartips)and longer cheekfur too! They also have a more white speckled fur as well,and males gt red crystal horns. Hairstyle is now slightly changed for male too,and well for fems..I allready mentioned it. I might do some tweak again with the cheekfur,til I get it right as wanted - but for now,please do NOT tell me what need to be changed! - feedback comments about the fems hair by keeping it as it is or if I should try make it more closer to her old style is ok,thought.. This is just a start of my Ice norn revamp plan,and so,I haven't done any other sprites yet,until Im satisfied with the side head first! Who knows? Maybe I do even post up my little concept pic here....or not..meh we have to see. |

Hy Norn Girl! I said asterisk etc. And what I mean with "etc." is for exaple globule, flowers and other things like this. Especially if there the have very much of them. I think to much is to much. Like I say this is my own taste, and other people´s taste is certainly different of mine. It has nothing to say. And its great that you have so much energy that you work on your Breeds again. Sure,everyone is free to have theyre opinions - Im ok with that ^^ but um - I still don't get that with the asterisk and etc? When I look at asterisk all I come across is this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asterisk and it says its a symbol -> * I know Starelf and Dewa has star shaped stuff...but my Ice dosn't have that,they just have white spots O.o' Also, my peace norns/ettin dosn't have anything to do with stars either X_X' (also the difference between the peace and this is - the peace is done,I posted screenshoots of them ingame XD ) Also Red orchid,findhao and glory dosn't have that either as I could see ^^' Oh well,but anyhow - I thank you still, and hope you didn't find me rude or so - cos thats not what I tried to be X_X' I appreciate your'e feedback :3 and yes - indeed lot of work,but I sort of felt I been not doing much as of late,and want to go back to my projects and "unfreeze" them (didn't intend to use pun here) But hopefuly I will have something done and maybe be more active here again - time will tell X_X | |||

It means what it says: I don´t like Norns with asteriskl etc. very much. For example in Creatures 2 that have such: Dewa Norns, Findhao Norns, Glory Norns, Peace Norns, Red Orchid Norns, Starelf Norns, ... But this is only my personal taste. It has nothing to say. All the best for your work! | |||

Yep - I think it's time the old breeds need a better sprite revamp (and maybe a update in genom-wise too) ;3 huh? well yes critiq is welcome - but I meant I wanted to limit it a bit so people not going to say " I think they should have the color yellow instead of the blue" or " I think the spots and ears should be remade" X3 Because thats a thing I am going to keep as that is the trait of the new ice norn - however - I wasn't sure about the new fems hair - if it should be as it is or a bit shorter XD Otherwise Im ok with whatever you like to tell me (as long it's not ill -meant or rude) Oh and the sprite is not realy unfinished - this will be the true base of the side head,I will tweak it a bit thought..X3 also what do you mean by asterisk,if I may ask? ^^ | |||

I think it's great that you are doing to bother work on your Breeds again . You've have really produces very, very much Breeds. So this is really very much work. But, what I do not quite understand is that you are not want that we make any suggestions to your unfinished sprites. So what is the reason for publishing pics of unfinished sprites? As for me, I can say that I'm not such a great fan of Norns with asterisks etc. | |||
