(step 6: repeat 421978461934619023 times for all the other body parts and expressions and angles)   C2 Style Test 2   Art   daz | 7/27/2018    4    6 the last one was a bit dirty looking but i think i've about nailed it now! anything look off? this little dude is a purified grendel, engineered from the c2 bulbous grendels and maybe mixed with a little norn and shee too, to correct all the things that made them considered a failed experiment to begin with and allow the species a new chance in civilised shee society. with improved posture and mostly repaired prognathism they are similar to hardy, bulky, strong norns. to swing hard in the other direction from their negative stigma, their aggression has been severely neutered, they're docile to the extent of cowardice and are engineered to be extremely happy to see norns.   Bengal and Zebra Family[WIP]   Art   SatuMitsumi | 7/21/2018    2    4 I've always loved imagining norns as beings that could exist in our world and I recently have started trying to draw them in more realistic ways. I'm not sure if I'll finish this one, but I do love how it started to come out! To be clear: I can't do anything with the pieces myself, since I lack the programs, scripts, etc (and I'd have to make the two sexes and expressions, aaaaaa ) But! That doesn't stop me from using the model pieces to practice texture painting! cx I'm fairly proud of how this looks, at least zoomed out, up close it's very messy, but hey thank goodness Norns are small! It was supposed to be the "home" of my Ordin & Fantazy related stuff (Trees, grass, the butterfly thingies, the lamp) This was doodled 2009, so not perfect! Was supposed to be a cute & pretty little area with its' own flora & fauna, along with some new toys and food, along with its' own incubator. Maybe one day I make this reality together with someone who want to code it...who knows? HOWEVER, I have decided to open ALL of my past and future breed concepts to the public for all to use! Anyone may develop my concepts into real breeds, so long as I am credited as the original designer. Creating concept art will be my way of adding content to the community! Enjoy! NOTE 2: Just lineart for now; I'll color them later! ----- **About the Wyrm Norns** 1. They are reptilian, being covered with scales and feathers. 2. Males have longer horns and plumage than do females. Females also sport a pointed nose and eyelash-like scales. Males typically have an stern, protective nature, while females are more motherly and gentle. However, either sex is still dangerous when provoked. 3. They have no wings and thus cannot fly. They also lack the ability to breathe fire. 4. These norns are highly social, living in colonies of roughly four females to each male. Young males get along with one another without any issues, and spend much of their time play-fighting in preparation for adulthood. Adult males, however, steer clear of one another and engage in tense stand-offs when they do cross paths. It is rare for males to actually engage in combat, but when they do, only one comes out alive. 5. These norns are omnivorous despite their fearsome appearance; their reliance on animal protein decreases with age, as micronutrients from plants are essential to their adult fertility. Typically, hatchlings consume 100% animal protein, adolescents consume 60%, and adults consume only 30% with the rest being fruits, leaves, nuts, and tubers. More to come!   FairyGemLove project   Art   IzumiSabi | 5/18/2018    2    5 I am finally making my own Creation - Fairygemlove into a Norn breed, and this is what I am working on together with my sister Norngirl! It's a preview on the head sprites we made and full size of my original artwork of my original creation & character, Fairygemlove, who im making a breed of. The female is supposed to look similar & made after my own creation, as you can see on the picture! I made the front female head, but my sis tweaked and changed some things. My sister made the boy version - Less eyelashes, of course! Along with the typical male Norn horns & slight change in coloration hue and eye color. She also made the sideview head sprite of both gender by herself. The little cute (quick) doodle of the female norn head near the font text is made by my wonderful sister Norngirl. I wanted to make this as a breed at some point, already had some plans. I posted up my small preview image of Fairygemlove before here on CC, to get to know if anyone was interested. Anyhow,this is the preview of how the head sprites will look like!
