My copy of Creatures one (steam release) keeps crashing whenever I go to the desert island, this is a recent devopment and I don't know what is causing it. |

Hmm, it's probably not either of those then. I'm wondering if this is something specific to the Steam version. |

Did you have Jessica's cheese update as well as the cellar cheese? They don't play well together. You might like to ask at the Steam forums if you think this could be Steam-specific. My TCR Norns |

Update: I tried to reinstall and uninstall the game but that didn't fix it (admittedly steam didn't delete my save data) And while playing I noticed that the boat has not moved at all. I doubt it's connected to the crashing but I'm mentioning just in case, along with the other thing I'm about to mention. For context if you try to take a picture of a norn little too close to the ocean in the lighthouse the games camera will transport to the desert island and crash (by freezing up and closing which is also how the island crash) shortly before Desert island began crashing I accidentally took a photo too close to the sea in the lighthouse, but his time it didn't crash it just froze and then gave me a error message about a server being disconnected (I think it was called a RSCF server) now at first I didn't think the two were connected as I thought the error message was talking about the owners kit, but after giving it some thought I think it might be a connection. |
