Hi there. ^_^
Recently I uploaded some of my pink and blue Siamese Norns that I've been playing with on my new DS world to the Creaturescaves adoption section and I realised that I made a mistake with the pictures. ^///^
They came out really tiny with a whole bunch of white space around them!
I'm not sure what I did wrong but I know when I uploaded my C2 Cat Norn, Gelia, that the picture came out the right size.
If anyone can help me to fix the mistake or tell me how not to make it again, then I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Lol. SpringRain.

You should ask one of the Stuff Members. They are always nice and can fix such things very fast.
I posted my female DS Ettin Heda by accident in the female grendel section. luckily was Laura online. When I asked her, she fixed that in a few seconds.
You probably have to upload the pics of the Norns again, but that are technical things I have not much knowledge about... as I said: ask a Stuff Member ^^

The reason why you've got all that white space is because you didn't "crop" the image. Say you wanted to draw a small picture of a norn (cos norns are small), but you only had big paper. You would draw your picture, but then you would cut off the excess blank paper you didn't use. The help file on your graphics program will tell you all about how to crop off all the blank 'paper' when you take a screenie.

Thats why I always use "Add Alpha Channel" before I crop the images. Prevents such things and the crop function works better ^^

Ohh, okay! I'll try cropping them down and see what happens. ^_^ I know I did it correctly with Gelia, otherwise her piccy would have come out teeny too.
Unfortunately, I don't have those first Norn pictures anymore so unless one of the staff members can fix them I can't upload edited ones of the proper size.
Thank you both for your helpful suggestions and explanations. I truly appreciate it.
