Help Forum Playing Creatures from Ipod    snapyourfingers   4/5/2009 Hello everyone, At the moment I'm backpackin thru Australia, so even though I love playing Creatures 3, I can only do it in the occasional internet cafe. So I came up with a plan; I installed it on my Ipod! It had 88 Gig spare room so what the heck. I also put DS on it, and it works fine on every computer I encounter, but I've been having problems with Creatures 3. First time I tried playing it, I got an error saying; Error in: App:rocessCommandLine NLE0007: You must specify a game name in the command line. For example, Creatures 3 or Creatures Adventures For soak tests, specify --autokill before the game name to kill agents which generate run time errors. So I fixed this error by making a shortcut with the autokill extention, but after that I got the following error; Error in: App::GetDirectories NLE0001: There is no registry entry for the following: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\CyberLife Technology\Creatures 3\Main Directory I can't find anything concerning this on the internet! Help would be much appreciated!! Thanks   Wup   4/5/2009 ... 1. What iPod model are you attempting this on? 2. How did you "install" it? 3. Are you aware of this method? ps. I haven't played Monster Raannnrrrnnchhdoggy   snapyourfingers   4/5/2009 Hey Wup! Thanks for sharing this new method with me, makes me wanna buy an Ipod Touch! But unfortunately, I've just got a Classic (with a whopping 120 Gig on it tho), and I don't have the money to buy a touch, so that's outta the window . I installed it in the exact same way as I would install it on the computer, except for changing the drive from C: to I: (which is my Ipod) thanks for the help!   Wup   4/6/2009 Doesn't work that way D: Sorry, don't know any other way of installing it. Besides, the input wouldn't let you do much. ps. I haven't played Monster Raannnrrrnnchhdoggy   Malkin Manager     4/8/2009 It might be looking for a registry entry? I'm not sure if iPods have a registry.... Are you using the Kutoka Exodus or the Windows Exodus? My TCR Norns
