sorry for posting so much but I'm really curious about this game and it's SO complex!!! so I was wondering if there was an agent that exists to make your norn age faster or if there's one where you can click a button and it'll go to the next life stage?

hmm, for which of the creatures games? I think for C3/DS is there such an agent. if you do not find it you could also use the CAOS command line.

yes, I have C3 and DS but it's on vista and I know that can cause problems with some things...
I think I found something for the CAOS command on creatures.wikia.com
thanks though!

yes
select norn, open console (ctrl+shift+c)
targ norn ages #
where the # is the number of stages to age. start with 1 until you get comfortable with it, it takes a few seconds to take effect also
once you get really awesome, you can get the caos tool and make a script that'll age all norns to adult, etc |

Remember that "targ norn ages #" is ONE WAY ONLY.
You can't "un-age" a creature, so be careful with it!

You might like to read Life stage at the Creatures Wiki for more of a framework about how the game does life stages.

or you use that:
enum 4 0 0 ages # next
is the command to age all creatures at once. even the ones in the contaiment chamber which got sent by other people. like in graph`s tip you have to replace # with the number of lifestages.
(if you age a creature past the lifestage ancient it will reach the "lifestage" dead)

^ yeah, this is a bad idea due to that little part where 'ancient norns die instantly' |

^ Agreed
But if you use this line instead:
enum 4 0 0 doif cage lt 4 setv va00 4 subv va00 cage ages va00 endi next
It will check for only norns that are younger than adult and age only those, so the adult/old norns don't get any older (or die, for that matter.)
There's also an agent out there called the Breeding Kit that will allow you to age your norn to adult at the push of a button
