hello all! I'm new to the forum, but you may have seen me lurking as a guest, but I' m having some trouble getting genetics kit to work I installed it and when I tried to select a gene to edit, I got an error message that said "genetics kit has stopped working windows is checking for a solution to the problem" I restarted over and over, tried loading several different genomes, and a few other things but nothing worked. HELP!!! random 30 rock quote- " I want to hold a mirror up to society and then win world record for biggest mirror." ~Tracy |

Vista has issues with the Creatures series - I don't really know how to fix things, but I'll keep looking. Have you tried EasyGMS? My TCR Norns |

ooh! thank you! I didn't know there was an alternative genetics editor for C3/DS... or for C1 or C2 for that matter XD well I'm new to this stuff so I figure I WILL act like a noob for a while before I get the hang of it ^_^ oh another thing (sorry this is off topic!) what's the deal with .creature files? .creature files are the creatures themselves - they go in the "My Creatures" folder. When you are in the game, you then go to the top right hand tab in the game, where you see all the norns heads, and you go "Import". My TCR Norns |
