Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with my computer. For some reason, whenever it starts up, I get a message saying that it didn't start up successfully. I've tried all of the options, but as soon as the start screen finishes loading, I see a flash of a blue screen and the compy restarts itself . I've tried everything but to no avail, and now I'm in bits sobbing about all of the things I will lose If I can't get it working. . Please, I beg all of you, can someone help me?
P.S: I'm back to using my Wii to type this. |

calm down
first of all, that doesn't sound like a HD problem, and salvaging that is a matter of taking it out and putting it in another computer.
if you know your way around the computer's guts, try switching out the ram (ie, take out one stick, boot, if that fails take out the remaining stick and put in the one you took out, etc).
other than that it's kind of difficult to help from here, find someone there who's knowledgeable? |

Yeah, get your parents to help you. That's what I always do.

are you sure that this prob is caused by a game from the creatures series?
which operating system do you use? maybe you damaged yours... you could try a Live CD of Linux (boots without installing, almost everywhere to get because linux is freeware)

My dad got a discarded computer from his works and we are going to take the Hardrive out of it and put it in my old one. It works fabulous, and it has a decent amount of RAM, so I'll have a faster computer.
