Hello pals, I'm trying to make a secret agent for DS. Again I want it to be a surprise, so I don't want to share much details.
I set my agent ATTR to be Rotatable, however I have no idea how to use SPIN or ROTN commands.
I could fake a rotation using POSE, but... for what I'm planning faking rotation using POSE would require more effort. |

I'm not sure that SPIN or ROTN were used in the bootstrap, which would make their effects easier to replicate. big wheel.cos in the CV bootstrap uses SIN and COS mathematical functions to do some spinning.

If you want something windmill like, the C1toDS c1 vane sprites uses 8 sprites to do a fake rotation, so does the C3 ball. You're probably going to have to use either sprites or, like Malkin said, Sin and Cos to determine what sprite to go to.
You know...wait...nevermind... wait...no...umm...maybe later... |

Regrettably, I don't think some of the commands were ever implemented. Check the CAOS documentation to be sure. The way most creators do it is with dedicated rotation animations. |
