Does anyone else have problems with finding out who's online on the DS website? Also having problems adding new contacts? Well I am. I was thinking you could probably add them through the agent file. If I'm wrong I won't bother. However I think it can be done. They specify if someone is a "friend", or "enemy". What I don't understand is the other sets of numbers. Are they the persons ID number? If so, I could simply request copies of peoples contact lists and manually put them together or ask people for their ID numbers too. What do you think? Do able? Worth it? sound interessting :3 could probably be useful - as It's tiring to go to gameware's site (specialy now when acting crazy now and then) and you have to manualy add people..and sometime you get piles of people that dosn't longer exist in the list >_>' No clue if it's doable as im no coder , but I do think that the other numbers are people's ID number..think I seen t before when you enter a command to know what numbers you have..might be wrong (gotta chek that topic again that I have a foggy memory of I saw it last..and I also think I posted up mine too perhaps (Id number,that is) o.o' ) |

Yes, the longer rows of numbers like 17719+13 are the peoples' ID numbers. Hey, by the topic contact lists... Here is something that I've been thinking about them... There was a cleanup agent that removed everyone from your list who isn't marked as friend every time you go offline. When I remember correctly there also was an agent, or at least a theoretical way, to add EVERYONE who is online at the moment to your list. My idea was this: why not merging both? Let's change the lists so that you don't see everyone you "know", but everyone who's online! The list is updated permanently, so it shows when someone else comes online and removes a person when (s)he leaves. When you go offline does it directly clear out everyone. At last does it provide extra buttons to remember people permanently or get them out of the list. In my opinion this is both, possible and useful and it would save a lot of time and effort. No need to send creatures randomly around or visit the messed site like Norngirl said. Just one click and everyone's there. Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... |

If you could have that second agent with a permanent list and toggle between them, I would be in heaven! If anyone can make OR has this agent I would be very interested. Cause I hate flooding the warp with useless or duplicate creatures. So I guess in the mean time I needs your contact lists. You can PM a link to the file or email them to me at silvak.lance (at) gmail (dot) com Preferably with this threads title as the subject. EDIT: The DS ID Controls! That's the second agent!! I've tried to download it, but it's not working. Anyone got a copy of this they could send me? Also in light of this wonderful creation, there pretty much is no point in making "The Ultimate Contact List". Plus no one was sending their contact lists to use. Lost Content, help find it a home! |
