Development Forum Creatures Tribe    scoota94      11/27/2010 I wasn't sure where to put this but here seemed right. I was wondering if it were possible to allow creatures in C3/DS to somehow have tribes? That could open up whole new possibilities. They could become aggressive towards creatures of other tribes. A whole creatures war could break out Don't be worried about who is right, Just follow you heart...   MisterPeaches   11/27/2010 I'm pretty sure that would take lots and lots of tweaks to Creature intelligence. Creatures are selfish creatures that tend to keep to themselves, only venturing out to mate. The "loneliness" drive is one of the few things that keeps Creatures in the same general area. However, I use the Creatures Full Of Edits in my C3/DS games, which are available from Creatures Heaven. The updated brain chemistry from Vampess allows Norns, Grendels and Ettins to better form opinions of other Creatures and they also tend to form family groups! As an added bonus they actually learn to forage food for themselves instead of being catered to by the Hand 24/7. I hope they provide what you're looking for. (I'd back up your original files if I were you, though. I had a lot of problems on my computer with getting them to work, so I'd recommend you read up on it before slapping the files in there willy-nilly.) with a taste of your lips i'm on a ride   scoota94   11/27/2010 Thanks I wonder if its ok to try and isolate the brain genes so the family "feature" so to speak is retained Is CFE copyrighted? I mean, it should be okay, so long as you don't slap up the files on a website and claim them as yours.
