It's a common camera control in a multitude of different programs, including web browsers. I've always known of it's existence. |

I can't remember if I ever discovered it. I think I may have, then forgotten about it, but I could be confusing that with web browsers as Doringo mentioned. I prefer to navigate using the keyboard anyway. |
