General Forum A New Game For CC.com?   1 | 2 awmanman   8/8/2006 Okay, as awesome as it is, CC.com needs a new game. And I'm very tempted to make one. Im thinking Tic-tac-toe, or cPong2! Or a side-scroling shooter thing. I'm sure you can get permission for tic-tac-toe or whatever just fine. The more stuff there's to do on the site, the better, sure. However, I'm not sure Rascii has the time to actually make anything or his own though. So take that into consideration Besides, I second the Tetrinet idea! Yes, I'm the forum ... Any questions? I GOT RASCIIS GO-AHEAD! Im aiming for somthing like, uh... Have you ever played that airplane game, where you just keep going forward(or rather the background goes backward) and you move around the screen shooting planes? And you can get crazy guns like lazers and missiles that you upgrade and stuf? what was it called... Raith, or Raven, or Raid or somthing... Of course, not with gamemaker, it's not suited for that I think. I don't know if Gamemaker games can be embedded in websites, though. After reading about them, I doubt it. We need games that can be played on the site itself, so Java or Flash would be the best programming choices. But we need a game that can be played on the site itself, without having to be downloaded and clutter people's hard drives. I don't see how 'adding it as a file through the site' means you can play it online?
