As many of you know I haven't been around as much lately but I was going to pop in to say hello and it doesn't seem to be working. The Creatures of my day lived in what amounted to a big terrarium with some trees and a bucket on a rope. No Holo-nothing. Just cute little norns and mean ol' grendels, and we liked it that way. You kids today and your crazy "Holocene," you just don't know how good you've got it. Why, if we wanted our norns to have fun, we had to march them across the whole screen - 15 minutes, at least, and then prod them into the elevator, and that's if they didn't go to sleep and die first. I tell you, you kids today are just spoiled, that's all there is to it! Our norns were all retarded, and when they reached adulthood, they could speak about 12 words. Every dadgummed thing they saw was "toy" and all they wanted to do was push it. And it was our responsibility to keep them from starving to death because the little buggers were too stupid to stop pushing the elevator and start pushing some cheese. And we liked it like that!
