I have multiple metarooms in my DS. How do I get my norns from one to another?

Without any third-party agents, you can pick up creatures with shift+right click and move them around that way.
All of the official metarooms and some third-party metarooms also come with doors; make sure a creature's near one and click on it to move them between the metarooms the door links.
The final option, if you want to start the population in a specific metaroom, is to move unhatched eggs to the new metaroom and let them hatch there.

You do not exactly need norn to inventory. Just hitting Ctrl + I can move them to inventory if you pick em up (not holding hands).
However, there is a chance that it glitches your inventory and makes it go invisible when closed, so you can no longer click the side thingamabob. If that happens, you gotta use Ctrl + 3 to open the inventory for the rest of this world.
This, or re-inject the entire interface. Not sure if it has consequences or what they would be.
In short: it works, but it is glitchy. Be careful.

You don't need to put them in the inventory if you use the scrollwheel or keys to change rooms while holding them, you can just move them to a different room while they're in your hand. |
