Do you have a list of bad default objects? That'd be a great start.
Almost every single toy that comes with the game. They function the way they were intended, but they aren't brain friendly.
The only toy that works in a way that Norns can handle, are the tomato guns. Every toy that does anything with any other command than push, is non brain friendly.
If a toy reduces need for pleasure in Norns who hear them, like the balls when they bounce, they mess up the Norn brain.
A norn can learn that eating toys reduce need for plesaure, if it picks up the balls, eats it, then drops it, as the act of dropping it makes it bounce, which reduces need for pleasure... The norn will then try to eat all toys, which doesn't work, then they will not be able to reduce need for pleasure, which keeps the drive high, which leads to dysfunction, as Norns get really confused when multiple drives are high (multiple high drives lead to feeding and sleeping problems)
So, the balls should only reduce need for pleasure in the Norn that pushes it, and the bounce itself should do nothing.
The spin top has a push and a pull activation. The pull activates the spintop, but produces no need for pleasure decrease. It should only work by being pushed. All toys should only do anything when being pushed.
The drums do not reduce need for pleasure.
The wind up toys, like the car and dog, stop working while they play their animation. They should be able to be activated multiple times, even while the animation is being played.
The saxomophones do not reduce need for pleasure, and has a "hit" activation, it seems.
These are the ones I can think of, off the top of my head.
The mushroom patches can be eaten by both pushing and pulling them, as well as by being eaten. This is a big offender when it comes to Norns that have problems with eating.
The nuts and tomatos are classified as fruit, but can't be eaten in most stages of their lives. This is already fixed by a few COBs I uploaded in the forum.
