Help Forum Trapper help... (I did a dumb)    FaerieHawk      7/2/2016 I replaced the original trapper.cos with another file I found in this thread because I wanted trappers that could help keep critter population under control. But I tried to start a new game and I got an error saying something about the trapper.cos file. Could someone help me get the original trapper.cos file back..? I don't want to lose everything by reinstalling the game because of one file. Edit: Here's the message that showed up .\Bootstrap\010 Docking Station\trapper.cos Failed to find safe location (2780.000000, 1076.000000) ... as 50 doif va00 = 1 {@}mvsf 2780 1076 elif va00 = 2 m ... Is it because I only tried to make a capillata only world? Does it still happen when you try again? Or did you alter any teleport/positioning things in the injection? Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis...   FaerieHawk   7/2/2016 I was able to get the game to work as long as I play in a docked world, otherwise the same error happens. It seems like the trappers get placed in the ark's metarooms now, that could be the problem. If you modify the script yourself, you should think about doing a validity test on the position and spread the trappers accordingly. Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... Far too knowledgeable for that sort of thing! xD As long as I can play I suppose it's alright... though now I'm limited to docked worlds only unless I can download the original trapper.cos file.
