So I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and I noticed something rather strange about the way Docking Station performs now, and I wanted to share it to see if others noticed anything similar...
I have a very beefy computer. Prior to upgrading I ran the Docking Station profiler tool (ctrl + shift + P) and my value at full 1080p maximized resolution was, if I remember correctly, less than 0.1.
Only if you went and rubbed elbows with the C2toDS world wrap boundary did it jump to .4, maybe .5 if the game was seriously busy.
Now I notice that on Windows 10 it's constantly at about .5, but the world wrap doesn't affect it as much, bumping it up to .6 or .68 at the most.
0.4 - 0.1 = 0.3 difference on Windows 7
0.6 - 0.5 = 0.1 difference on Windows 10
So the overall performance is less, but the performance variation is less intense. Anybody else examined how Docking Station performs now on their new operating system?
