Ever have one of those times were you 'remember' something, but don't know if it ever existed? It's so old you forgot you saw it, but you remember seeing it anyway? Just one of those days again.. It was two different sites, one was for C1, and the other for.. C2, maybe. The C1 site had a norn adoption section a la 'Spotling's Norn & Grendel Paradise' (yeah, THAT old), and one page that featured forest norns with a MIDI version of the song 'The Offspring - Pretty Fly for a White Guy' (Geocities FTW) All I can tell you about the C2 site is that it had a .. gallery? I guess, with pictures of elemental-themed norns. The air & water ones were male and the earth & fire ones were female, IIRC. Reminds me a lot of the gallery page on 'Adventures in Nornsitting'. Wow, I can't believe I still remember the names to some of these sites, I'm gonna go sulk in a corner and think about my life now =p |

The first website you mentioned sounds a lot like a website I visited once called Creatures Crazy, but so far I haven't been able to locate it. |

Is this the Creature Crazy?: Rofl. Cheesy layout, obnoxious borders, loud MIDI music, and AOL references everywhere, yeah that's the stuff! But all of the pages that mentioned forest norns are down. The download page wasn't as elaborate as what I remember, but that 'Mission Impossible' MIDI song is very familiar so I'd say there's a good chance this was it. |

I know, right? It doesn't seem like it was all that long ago, which is why I'm confused. That second site was more recent than Creature Crazy so it might still be on an archive somewhere. It wasn't Creatures of Avalon, though that site did also feature elemental norns. I think it had a black back ground and a similar color scheme to CoA, but who knows really, there were soo many sites I might be getting them mixed up.. |

Here it is! It's 'The Creatures Corral', this page specifically. Unfortunately, none of the images on that page are still intact, which is what I was looking for. This is really frustrating. I don't even know if that E-Mail to 'FeralChicken' is still valid. I wonder if the images are available somewhere else? |
