Does anyone know why Sabertooth Norns are so disobedient? I've tried to raise them in the past, but by the time they hit breeding age, they literally will not listen to me to save their lives. I've always ended up having to slap them half to death to get them to eat, and I'm wondering why they always turn out like that. On my old blog, I tried to raise some, but then I intentionally let them get eaten because I was completely fed up with them. |

Get eaten?? Get eaten by what? XD I'm sorry, I don't know the answer, but I'm curious.

Lurhstaap: Sabertooth Norns are a breed made by Ghosthande. They are modelled after sabertooth cats and come with the prehistoric metaroom KT. The room contains dinosaurs which can harm and not rarely kill creatures by biting them.
savannahs11: I guess Ghosthande made them that way so they give more of a feline impression. Cats are not the most obedient animals in the world. Does the breed description in the readme say something like that?

Ah, I see, thanks.
Also, regarding cats, they're much more trainable than most people think. You just have to motivate them. Most dogs have an inborn need to please their 'parent/alpha' figure, whereas cats don't, which is why people find them more difficult to work with. But if you know how to motivate them they're pretty easy to train, certainly to do any of the basic dog things (housebreaking, leash walking, fetch).
With that said, it's entirely possible that Papriko is on the right track - there are actual cats and then there's people's ideas about cats. I don't know for certain, but if they're designed for a reasonably tough metaroom and meant to be independent to some degree, self-caring and all, then not listening well to the hand might be part of that.
