I did all I could to research this problem but I can't find any answrmer. So I'm going to throw it out there. I was downloading lobe study. but it's giving me an errors saying my c3_engine.Dell is missing. Then I tryed downloaded. Functions developed. Still won t work. I rebooted my computer. So question is how do i fix my .dll I don't know much about computer and I try to read the text me file but I guess I'm not understanding things. |

So it failed to download or failed to run/install? Have you tried running it in compatibility mode set to windows XP service pack 2? Creator of the TWB/TCB genome base.  |
