Hey guys, long time no see! So I recently bought a new pc with windows 10 and wanted to install my alltime favourite Creatures 3 and Docking Station... well I tried it numerous times but: It won't let me install Creatures 3, only Docking Station ( I use the old CD version of Creatures Gold) And when I try to install the mall breeds which I own ( in the .exe file) it tells me that creatures isn't installed, though actually Docking Station works .--. So has anybody a solution for installing creatures on windows 10? Oh and I already tried the compatility mode and start as admin >W< Thanks in advance and I wish you all a nice sunday evening! Firstly, have you tried the Creatures Remastered Patch? It solves many issues with the installers being unable to find the path to the game's files. Currently the only version of Creatures 3 that works properly on modern operating systems is the Creatures Exodus version. There is currently a sale on here at GOG.com where you can grab it for dirt-cheap. Hope this helps.  |

Creatures Exodus has never given me any problems in Windows 10. However if you do decide to buy it, make sure you install the game to your "My Documents" folder. It will save you a lot of trouble, believe me. |

Oh so I made the discover that whenever I tries to install Creatures 3 ( The CD version which I own) it starts the whole progress in the background and therefore won't let me choose where to install it and stuff... does anybody know a solution for that ? I see no option for telling it to start it directly on the desktop, so because I can't tell Creatures 3 where to install it won't install anything >_< EDIT: Omg I have no idea why but it worked today! I could finally choose where to install the game and it finally didn't launch in the background *tears of joy* Still thanks for the help!
