Help Forum DS 16-bit color error (need help again!)    SlimeTV      5/24/2015 Every time i try to start DS, i get an error saying that it needs to be in 16-color mode even though it's in 16-bit color when i check the properties.. Are you using the Creatures Exodus package from GOG, one of the demo discs that were given out Way Back In The Day, client download from Creature Labs or one of its mirrors, etc.? GOG installed games are optimized to run on later operating systems. An outdated version of DS may require you to run the game in compatibility mode in addition to changing the color settings. with a taste of your lips i'm on a ride   SlimeTV   5/24/2015 thank you for taking the time to solve this but i already fixed this.
