Next question! I'm really keeping this forum section alive, sorry.
What the heck is causing this.

They all have the extra organ so I'm assuming they're all CFFs. But they just keep repeating this. |

It's actually a problem caused by the CreatureDoneTo script and the CFE forf brain tract.
You can find a fix here.

It's weird because I installed that the other day and everything seemed fine until now.
I just re-installed the files and it seems to be working again. |

Augh, now they're repeatedly saying they love each other. |

That file just makes it less likely they will start those loops, it changes a 1 in 5 chance to a one in a hundred chance... once someone says their like/dislike, they will still get into the loops though, and they can stay in them for pretty long...
Basically, if they are paying attention to a creature who expresses their feelings about anyone, then they have to respond with their feelings about the creature being referred to.. (or if they are the one being referred to, they have to respond with their feelings about the speaker). Then all the norns looking at that norn have to respond to that, and all the norns looking at those norns have to respond to them... and so on, forever, or until nobody is looking at anyone talking (splitting them up into different areas then putting them back together would work... or making them all sleep, etc.).
I looked into the causes of the looping and there are also some genetic and behavioral factors that make them stay in these loops... Have a look at this thread: Norn expression loop? One major factor is the stimulus "Heard Creature Speak"... if you disable this gene, it will make a pretty large difference (and the gene really does nothing useful either besides encourage them to express compulsively, and force them to respond to every bit of the forced speech of other norns, instead of just speaking when they feel like it).
There are some other changes I discuss in the thread, involving tweaking their behaviors when they approach each other or come next to each other, so they aren't wanting to stare at each other as much... This all lets them not have to respond every time so the loops just fizzle out instead of continuing forever. These edits are all in the CFFs.

Did you include these changes in your CFFs? I suppose it's possible they're just content enough that they have nothing better to do than talk at each other. I did notice one break away to say she was tired at one point and she layed down to rest. |

Yeah, they are in the CFFs starting with version 0.3 (Isis & Osiris)... Mixed with other genomes though, some of these changes may not show up, they all can be replaced with the 'normal' versions of those genes, even if the offspring has the extra organ and extra gene stuff. If you keep breeding in CFFs, you should see these traits take hold more in your population.
And even with all these changes, they can still loop for a few minutes, especially if they all really like each other or are basically content (the changes seem to make them respond most often to creatures they like more... a creature they like a lot talking can still grab their attention... Still, that's better than every bibble from every norn always grabbing their attention) But, with the changes, they do get bored of it eventually and just stop and go do different stuff.

I've always found these loops cute. They usually start it when a new creature is introduced, a new baby, or an imported one. It's norn meet-and-greet!
One of these procedurally generated behaviors that makes norns cool... if you play with voice volume off ;D |

yeah, all creatures have to answer with their opinions, but only CFE based creatures, including CFF, tend to remember and keep opinions about everyone... non-CFE creatures forget everything that happened to them every time they sleep, including all learning and all friend/foe relationships...
This is why you don't see non-CFEs get in these loops so much... They pretty much will tend to only have an opinion about whatever creature they most recently interacted with... most other creatures they will have no opinion about because they forgot them, so they won't answer about them.
