These guys will kill a grendel in seconds... But if one of them says they're homesick, the other says 'approach grendel home'? And a pregnant norn just said 'approach grendel home'. Not sure what to make of this or whether or not it's going to cause issues. |

Sounds like they got a good dash of hardman genes. Hardman norns are genetically more close to grendels than norns, actually. They have a better immune system than normal, love beating the crap out of grendels and feel home in the jungle. Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... |

That's just the thing, I don't have hardmans! It seems I've managed to replicate some of the hardman genome through selective breeding? Except they aren't angry all the time. Some have a quick temper but otherwise they're perfectly happy even when they're beating on grendels. |

That explains it, thanks. The beowulfs were bred in several generations back and I've been working on getting the norns to instinctively want to hit any grendels in sight without having an outrageous temper. I wonder if breeding in the CFFs might balance this out. To be entirely honest, I know very little about genetics and this is my first breeding project so it's kind of a trial and error thing. |

the CFFs so far are based on chichi genetics, so they will like norn home, and it's entirely possible to keep the other anti-grendel behaviors and still get this home preference and some other cff traits from offspring with them.
